On December 18th the Paisley Choir visited Loran House on Albert Avenue to sing carols for the elderly residents. The children sang beautifully. The visit was arranged by Miss Leach, Deputy Headteacher, and the children had practised the carols during their lunchtime singing club. An extra special treat was laid on by Loran House for both the children and the residents: – Miniature ponies from Brandesburton visited Loran House at the same time, too! It was a lovely visit and brought Christmas cheer to the residents and staff alike. It was also Miss Leach’s birthday, so we sang Happy Birthday to her, too!
