Pastoral Offer

At Paisley Primary School, we want everyone in our school community to feel safe, happy and valued. We believe that high-quality pastoral support focuses on nurturing the individual needs of each child. We aim to build trusting, empathic and supportive relationships with all our pupils and their families.

Pastoral care is led by our Deputy Headteacher, SENDCo and our designated safeguarding lead. Together, our team works with children and their families so they can be highly successful at school and become excellent citizens of the community. We hold weekly inclusion meetings to ensure that we are getting things just right for our families!

At Paisley, pastoral care is a bespoke and personal offer to meet the needs of our children and their families. Supporting the pastoral needs of pupils sometimes involves working with external agencies. In these situations we ensure that a confidential, professional, non-judgemental and sensitive service is provided.
