Our Behaviour Policy

Excellent behaviour is given the highest priority at Paisley Primary School. Here, everyone is valued, respected and celebrated. We promote, encourage and reward high standards of behaviour at all times.

Our six golden rules, positive behaviour ladder and house teams system ensure that a culture of high reward and praise runs through every aspect of school life.

Every child is placed in a house team:

  • The Unstoppables
  • The Extraordinaries
  • The Astonishers
  • The Incredibles

Children earn house points and platinum points every day for following our golden rules, demonstrating excellent behaviour and being an excellent citizen of the community.

We know that some pupils may find showing excellent behaviour more challenging – in these circumstances bespoke behaviour plans are established to ensure that all pupils make good progress. Our SENDCO and Deputy Headteacher have responsibility for behaviour support plans.

Further information on our Behaviour Policy a are available from the school office or under the policies section of this website.
