This year’s Harvest Festival was a great success. Many thanks to you all for your generous
donations of food. These have been collected by Lonsdale Community Centre to be shared with those in need.
A big ‘thank you’ also to those parents and carers who came to support the children in the concert. Our Year Six readers did a super job, practising hard beforehand and speaking
clearly and confidently on the day. We also had some talented percussionists for the ‘Harvest Samba’ – you can see our musicians with their maracas below! All of the children sang beautifully and really enjoyed performing their favourite seasonal songs.
Thanks to Mrs Hird and Mrs Howard for organising such a wonderful autumn event!
